Context: An AI-powered app for creators had 3 co-founders, 1 prototype, and 100 directions. Every pitch sounded different, every deck had a different personality.

Problem: Without alignment, they couldn't secure funding or a team. Their product was complex, and they lacked a shared story that even they believed in.

My Role: Hired by a VC scout to "clean the house" before seed round.

What I Did:

• Ran a founder alignment session to uncover hidden tensions in vision and values

• Created a "One-Page Strategic Story" that clarified their why, how, and for whom

• Built a Pitch Narrative Map that let each founder speak from a consistent place while keeping their voice

• Designed first brand deck and Notion-based knowledge library
