Context: After Series A, the platform had grown fast but was hitting a ceiling. Growth felt stagnant, and sales cycles were long.
Problem: Teams were operating reactively. The product solved real problems, but buyers didn't understand the value fast enough. There was no clear growth roadmap.
My Role: Strategic Growth Consultant brought in by the board.
What I Did:
Led a growth audit across marketing, brand, and channels
Identified key drop-off points in the buyer journey
Built a "storytelling Narrative" that matched buyer psychology at each stage
Implemented a Growth Playbook with campaign themes, ideal customer profiles, and asset matrices
